Exceptionally great. The check in experience was very smooth and fast. They upgraded our rooms for free. The rooms are great, big and clean. The breakfast spread is good and tastes equally good. The stay was pleasant due to the courteous attitude and service of staff. Edward was incredibly friendly and helpful with setting up transport, you’d be lucky to have the pleasure to meet him! As for the location, I would argue it’s also unbeatable as china town has fantastic food and you are a super short drive to the national museums/monuments. The room service was excellent and breakfast was delicious! Will be returning!

Had a great stay at Ramada, the room is excellent, clean and spacious, service is great, super friendly and always helpful. AC is cold, hot and cold water showers and bath. Hospitality ambience starting from the security, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping is superb.
