Privato Makati (solo trip)

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Space is consider big. Can open the 2 big luggages. The pool and gym are very small. They provide water dispenser at the guest room corridor. They allow early check in when room is available.

“Very comfortable stay.” Hotel was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In fact when I realized there were no cafes close to the hotel they made recommentations for cafes and terrific Filipino mom and pop restaurant and a Korean restaurant that could not be beat! Just have to ask. I took a grab from the hotel to the Ayala Museum which may have taken 20 minutes...so not too far ...

Rating based only on our experience. Maybe others had good experience, but for me objectively, the worst hotel so far. Aircon was weak. They changed our room but still the aircon is not too good, until finally at 12AM the electricity stopped. We were tired and need some sleep but they are slow in fixing issues (took more than an hour to change rooms, and then the new room had no power around midni...

We enjoyed our stay at Privato Makati Hotel. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly and very helpful. All necessary amenities are provided, there is a water station on every floor so you can easily get water for drinking. The gym is small, but has all you need. Stayed here twice over the last few days. I found it an excellent budget hotel with a great 9th floor rooftop breakfast and pool. Very friendly staff and doorman! Rooms were great with a brilliant shower. Yes I would stay again, and don't forget to visit the brilliant Vietnamese restaurant "Từ Do Quán" just 50m along the road!
