We arrived at the room and it was filled with cockroaches. We checked other reviews and others had said the same. We were offered another room but did not want to stay in this property after this. We were refused a refund despite booking a room filled with cockroaches and had to find alternative accomodation at night.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews and photos, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The room was extremely dirty – the bathroom, the kitchen, and there were lots of cockroaches.
