New Coast Hotel Manila (solo trip)

It's unfortunate that there has been renovation going on while I was staying here so was not able to enjoy the pool and the main entrance was dusty and covered because of the renovation. Nonetheless, the hotel room was spacious! It has a bath tub too. The view outside.. well better not look at it. Just the busy streets and buildings in Manila. Stayed at New Coast Hotel Manila and had to check out early. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there was a lot of construction around the hotel. I prepaid 5 nights but couldn’t stand the smell. Staff were polite, but overall not a good stay.

If you’re checking out at 12 o’clock next day, they turn your Internet access off at midnight so when you get up in the morning, I have no Internet access they say that’s Their policy but I paid for the room till 12 o’clock the next day unfair, and not right inconsiderate

The service is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean although a little dated. The location is in the middle of the action - near a large shopping centre, and many massage shops and restaurants. The area outside is a little dingy. The gym was fully equipped. The view was quite nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is being renovated, so didn't feel very 5 star.
