Networld Hotel Spa and Casino (solo trip)

I must clarify, the hotel portion was amazing, great staff and amazing service. The spa staff however, I would say they need some additional training. My wife and I unfortunately had a very rude lady who was insulting us in Tagalog while showing us the way to the tea room, not knowing we could understand her.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Had a wonderful stay at Networld Hotel Spa and Casino! The atmosphere was so relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a long week. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely a great spot to recharge and treat yourself. Highly recommended!

From the staff Jenny rose and all the girls of the restaurant(sorry I don’t remember all names) the receptionist and the massage therapist have been incredible with their service. We where there cause Cebu pacific airline cancelled our flight due the last typhoon and they have been all super helpful and friendly. Super well recommended

Since it's old Hotel It is worth the money and free breakfast. This is one of my staycation hotel in the metro. Lobby Staff's are accomodating even sometimes there are absence in security in main entrance, stayed in networld for 2-3x a month & rarely seeing security helping me nor opening the main door entrance knowing I am carrying a luggage, maybe shorts of security. Receptionist we’re not so accommodating. They were so dry. They don’t have that welcoming vibes when you enter at the lobby. Washroom is okay. The problem is the toilet bowl doesn’t flush properly. The hallway is too hot. It’s like you are inside in the oven. Internet keeps buffering. Overall it’s not recommended. Not worth it for a price of 2,800ish per night.
