Manila Lotus Hotel (solo trip)

My stay in Manila was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in Ermita, close to Rizal Park and Manila Bay, with easy access to the LRT Padre Faura station. It’s an old hotel. Rooms look old and it has this old musty smell to it. The staffs are excellent and location-wise it’s great (near malls). But don’t expect too much on the rooms though,it’s outdated and I think not worth the price if you want a nice room.

Reconsider staying at Manila Lotus Hotel, especially if it’s your first time in Manila. We were charged ₱1,500 each for stains we didn’t cause — no markers, dye, or anything oily on us.
