Leez Inn Malate (with kids)

This is one of my favorite budget friendly hotel in Malate. The room is spacious and the beddings are superb! The bed mattress is so soft and high quality! Air conditioning is also superb. It’s a 5 story building with no elevator which is the only cons I see but the place is accessible to jeepneys. Highly recommended and will definitely book again. Thank you.

Pick a room at the back of the building... if you get a room close to the street you will not be able to sleep as jeepneys and motorbike ply all night NOISY!!!!!friendly staff ! No elevator close to Paco market and 5 min walk to laundry shop / ez commute to Robinsons Mall using Jeepneys

Room was decent for the payment expected. The lock was playing up with a clear sign of it being an issue. Unable to unlock and had to go down everytime to let them know we couldnt open the door and we were on the fifth floor. The AC leaked the whole time too.

The damn customer service isnt even good when you try contacting them… and just as you know I had to contact them on three different messages ; whatsapp, facebook, email, customer service. It non of them dont even respond i was planning of moving my schedule up since it was accidentally put on the date i didnt want so i wanted to call them and they didnt. I had high hopes for my stay at Leez Inn, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. There were several issues that made my experience less than enjoyable. Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly slow. I could barely stay connected, and when I did manage to get online, it was so sluggish that it was nearly impossible to get any work done or even stream a simple video. Secondly, the TV in ...
