You need to get a better receptionist who will respond to calls and viber inquiries. The person I talked to 3:38PM November 1, barely knows any information and wouldn't confirm it with anyone.

So, I didn't realize it when I booked a room that these sogo apparently are often not considered "normal" hotels. It was nice and clean, nice staff etc. But you could kinda tell they are intended for "by-the-hour" type guests. Bit embarrassing on my part, having booked for my wife and I. Live and learn, I suppose.
