Hop Inn Hotel Makati Avenue Manila (solo trip)

The room was nice and had parking :) very comfortable and great service , located on a busy road and was noisy outside though… you can hear the noise from inside the room. But still a good stay. Good value for money

I needed a place for an emergency stay, and I’m glad I chose Hop Inn. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, and even the bathroom was spotless with no molds. Because of this experience, I’ll make sure to choose Hop Inn Hotels again next time, even in a different location.

I stayed for three nights. They gave me a quiet room as I had requested, but since it was on the second floor, the view was disappointing. Outside the window, there was just a concrete wall and a pile of trash on the balcony. At checkout, I was told to sit and wait while they inspected the room, but after they finished, no one informed me, and I ended up wasting time. I felt that was inconsiderate...

This is a great budget friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I love that. The only reason why I did not mark this as 10/10 was due to two things: 1) you could still the traffic noise from the top floor where we were 2) whilst the room looked clean, when a staff came in to clean the room while we were inside, we noticed she was using a broom and dust pan, instead of a vacuum. The main thing I love about this place is that it's clean. I first stayed here years back, a few months after it opened, and I stayed here again recently. I was afraid, as with many hotels in the Philippines, that it might be run down, but it's still just as good.
