Go hotel otis has a wonderful hallway you are able to enjoy and hang around there however the room itself is pretty small the room i had got was that of a two bedroom room and it was very cramp for me and my roomates stuff i think if you are here with lots of luggage you will find it difficult to place it inside furthermore the foldable table and bed is akwardly placed and the foldable table felt ...

Temperature control within our room was very difficult. It kept resetting to unbearably cold. We had to call for help and were told to just alternate between A/C on and off

service is very good. but the bed is old. cracking sound as we sat on the bed. air-conditioning is cold but drips water. hot water is color yellow (rust) for the first 2 days.

I’m Ms Schulz This is the second time by go Hotel Otis. The hotel was very nice and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and professional; especially Miss Nikka. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Manila. I am already looking forward to next year when I plan on going there again. See you next year!

Would be better if there is free parking for hotel guest. Also suggest to have baggage weighing scale for travelling guest.
