Despite of the bad reviews, my boyfriend and I together with my bestfriend and his boyfriend booked two separate rooms adjacent to each other and here’s our experience: 1. My room was fine, but looking more closely the hygiene could be improved. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while, the toilet also wasn’t clean and I could clearly smell old urine. The reception staff was ok, but they seemed unable or unwilling to be flexible in any way. I arrived about 2hrs before check-in time and wasn’t allowed to use common areas such as the pool or gym in that time...

We had a blast during our 3D2N stay at Bay Prime. Our room was immaculately clean, especially the bathroom. Room was spacious enough for 2 people. Service is exceptional. Restaurant is great! Good location, near Mall of Asia, SMX and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The room is clean, complete of towels and bathroom items. The room also have coffee and hot water. Nice city view also. It also have pool, gym and restaurant. They also have free 1 car parking per room. 4 elevators is available so no queuing. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of choice and not fully packed with guests.

Bay Prime Hotel was a nice discovery. We had to stay there on an emergency basis. Our car maintenance in Subaru Manila Bay could not be completed in one day. Super clean with a nice Chinese restaurant on the first floor. Service was above and beyond… the front desk staff even lent us a charger as our devices were running out of power.
