When I arrived on the property and to my room, I'm actually surprised that the rooms they have published on their sites and the printed one on the front desk is really different! I booked a Standard Room, and it really looks different from their published room. They said that's what all their rooms are. The Standard Room was so dilapidated! And it was a health hazard. It was moldy and the Aircon...

The only good thing I would say is that the room is spacious and the reception area looks nice. Apart from that, our stay was not pleasant. The door to enter the room was also in bad shape; it was very difficult to open or close, you had to force it wi...

There was a water droplets on the hall way due to heavy rain. However, the room for me is enough it is huge for its price. The staff are polite and accommodating. The Location is good for me since it is near to most Universities in the area and easy access to LRT line 1.

Punctuality raised a concern as I arrived 1hr prior 2pm as time of my checking in. Then I asked multiple times about the readiness of our room. It took 33minutes late before lending us our room. Hope to be more punctual in lending rooms so as not to affect customer's schedules.
