Positives:

  • Free Access: Most attractions and gardens have no admission fees.
  • Stroller-Friendly Paths: Wide, paved loops make it easy to push a pram around the Circle.
  • Ample Shade: Large trees offer many cool spots to rest and feed your baby.

Challenges:

  • No On-Site Changing Tables: Bring a portable changing pad and extra wipes for public restrooms.
  • Limited Nursing Rooms: The free Breastfeeding Station at City Hall is closed on weekends.
  • Variable Food Stall Hours: Some vendors open only in the afternoon—pack backup snacks.

Quezon Memorial Circle is a national park located in the heart of Quezon City, built to honor the legacy of the first President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon. At the center of the park stands the Quezon Memorial Shrine, a 66-meter-tall monument designed to represent Quezon’s age at the time of his death. At the top of the tower are three mourning angels, each symbolizing the three major is...

Good park but kind of hard to go to due to the traffic before you get to the underpass, if there's no enforcers on the streets cars don't prioritize pedestrians. An ok place to workout and see events by different groups like the QC adoption, bathrooms are nicer now however some are closed? They shouldn't be, there are more senior citizens that try and workout here and having no immediate access t...

One of my favorite parks and among the most beautiful in the country. Located in the heart of Quezon City and very accessible since the park is in the Elliptical Road that connects to main roads and avenues. You can also take the underpass that connects QMC with the Quezon City Hall. Great for nature trip, garden shows and stalls for gardening supplies, jogging and other activities for health and ...

Lovely calm oasis of calm in crazy Manila. There a lovely Art Deco monument dedicated to Manuel L. Quezon, which also enshrines his remains. Plenty of activities as well as a couple of museums too. The circle is really difficult to get to by foot. There seems to be only one underground passageway.

When is the best time to visit Quezon Memorial Circle (Manila, Philippines)?

Dry season (Dec–May) offers cooler mornings; avoid midday sun. In rainy months (Jun–Sep), bring an umbrella and water‐resistant shoes to handle muddy lawns.
