What makes it 54% Kids-Friendly: Kids are admitted at a discount, but narrow stairs, fragile antiques, and the absence of play areas or interpreters demand close adult supervision and may shorten their attention span quickly.

Positives:

  • Educational artifacts: Kids see real 19th-century furniture and art up close.
  • Manageable size: Compact layout means you can finish quickly if children lose interest.
  • Family discounts: Children under 18 pay a reduced ticket price.

Challenges:

  • Narrow stairs: Wooden steps and corridors are tight—supervise children closely.
  • No play areas: No interactive displays; combine with nearby playgrounds if kids get restless.
  • Stroller access: Uneven floors and stairs make stroller use difficult—use a carrier instead.

I gave only 3 stars because the security at the entrance told me that backpack was not allowed inside the museum but as you can see one of my photo shows people inside the museu...

The house is well-preserved, with elegant furniture, intricate woodwork, and lovely courtyards that take you back in time. Every room is full of character and history, making the visit both educational and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole...

Interesting reconstruction of a house for the rich. Sadly never lived in according to local guides in the property but built after the war to show how things were. Interesting tour. Not huge but interesting. Can only take photos inside and no video for some reason hence the attachments. Videos were filmed in areas that allowed only.
