Near the airport, worked for us and what we were doing. Very nice rooms, no windows that open, but I supose most like that now. Room was nice and warm, a little too warm at some points :). Not many pros unfortunately so I'll start with them. There is a cinema across the street from the hotel which is absolutely amazing and there's plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
