The Central Hotel Queenstown, A Naumi Chapter (solo trip)

So disappointing! We were assigned a semi basement room with views to a wall (which for this price range and a so called “5 stars hotel” we were not expecting in the slightest). Also, the room was next door to the laundry room, whose door was always open. Not exactly cosy if you ask me. Staff was barely noticeable (I think I saw a single person during our whole stay). Idk but not worth the splurge...

My initial thought when making the booking was the price was a bit more than other central Queenstown hotels I've stayed at, but I put it down to being such a last minute booking. When we arrived though I was genuinely blown away by the place. The rooms were great, views beautiful, but it was all the other small details, a large lounge, bar, lots of free stuff, a free, fully catered evening happy ...

A nice hotel in Queenstown. Especially I booked this hotel it’s close downtown. Most of place is close to go by walking. And breakfast and happy hour was so nice. Staffs were friendly, and so nice. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I definitely book this hotel again when I visit Queenstown m.

Kitsch and friendly hotel, close to central cbd. Great staff, lovely to have an included happy hour and the breakfast options were sufficient. Only downside was the duvet we had had blood stains on it and would have expected housekeeping to vacuum if remaking beds and refreshing towels.

Met by Elizabeth at reception and could instantly see and feel the quality. Good introduction including the fact that evenings have a happy hour including wine, cheese and nibbles. The rooms have some food and wine plus other bits. All included in the room price. Very nice hotel and quiet hip 🇳🇿 Washing facilities on site which was great. Nice outside space. Rooms well equipped and great showers...
