Good hotel, but not great. Mainly a 3 star rating based on value for money rather than the overall quality. We paid around $700 for a family room for a night and it was just average at best. Noisy as we were right next to main road and were woken early at 5am by other guests departing. Rooms were nice enough but just ok nothing special. We really enjoyed this hotel. Great rooms, beds were excellent, clean modern bathroom and great sized TV. Car parking is really convenient. I found breakfast at the hotel pretty poor but with so many great cafes close it didn't really matter. The lady on reception was excellent and definitely a hotel asset
