Empathy out the window. Only interested in squeezing as much money from people as possible. Told us we couldn't move our reservation dates because the property was "fully booked", then within hours were trying to sell us a room for the new dates we wanted. Reading other reviews, this behaviour seems on brand.

An awesome location and the rooms have everything that you need. We have stayed multiple times and have enjoyed it for not only the location but the parking onsite and the rooms aren't the newest but they are well maintained and serviced. You can't really want to anything else!

Great Great location, reception was great, cleaning guys were great. Easy to find. Only feedback is wifi and shower pressure washer super low in 204 so deducted 1 star. Over all i would highly recommend plus free parking. It was just great.

Terrible experience. Poorly maintained property. Power kept cutting out, turning off all the heating. Poor response from service staff, basically they are non-contactable on site. It also smells and is very outdated. Avoid this place, there are many better ones around. The response from the owner here is false and misleading. They are very aware of all the issues.
