Sofitel Queenstown - Hotel & Spa (with kids)

This is our favourite place to stay in Queenstown and can be booked through google, as we did this time, at a reasonable price if you’re flexible with your dates. Usually we have booked this through Accor being gold members and noticed a difference in the welcome. Great location and lovely rooms, I would recommend staying here if you like to be able to walk to everything.

Short holiday stay 5 nights first time in Queenstown. Was recommended to stay at Sofitel and was so glad we took it up. Location was superb and walking access to everything we wanted. The staff went out their way each and every time we engaged with them. Looking forward to another visit

we travelled with our 3yr old for a short ski trip to Queenstown. The hotel location is so convenient. Staff are super friendly. The room is very comforable. Breakfast and high tea are both delicous. Highly recommended.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The central location made it so easy to get around and explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after a busy day. On top of that, the service was excellent—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.

Very charming hotel, excellent location, in the heart of Queenstown. Beautiful lobby. Wonderful breakfast spread in the mornings. Walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The ski shops and transportation to ski fields are just across the street. Front desk manager Nico made me feel very welcome.
