Great location in Queenstown and beautiful view from room (that we paid extra for) it was worth it! The room its self was great! The staff were all lovely but the room service was terrible. I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights — it was clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. When it was time to check out, I was about 30 minutes late, but no one rushed me or made a fuss. My flight was later in the day, so I left my bag with them, which was really convenient. The place is clean, reasonably priced, and close to the city center. I definitely recommend it!

We were thrilled with our 3 night stay here. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, extremely handy to have a washing machine and dryer, and the lake view was just stunning. An easy walk into town.....a good puffing walk back uphill! Recommend booking parking space well in advance. But plenty of street parking too.
