Lovely stay. Not too far from town but worth the stay for the beautiful view. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping to the dinner/breakfast serving staff. Parking was $15 but everyday we had a parking spot so I reckon it’s worth it to keep your car safe especially if you’re getting a rental. Everyone made my 2 children feel so comfortable, our room was spacious and spotless when we came ba...

Place is very old school!! Lift was very old. Carpets were old and dirty in rooms and walkway. Duvet sheets ARE YELLOW. One of the sheets had what looked like a drip of blood on the side. Every night the walkway on level 4 was ALWAYS dirty. Same cake looking stains that were there from night 2 till check out. Parking is RIDICULOUS!!! Parking is very limited, for 15 NZD a night and you’ve got to p...

Location is absolutely beautiful with the lake, mountain views with snow capped mountains. The views are amazing from the lake views rooms, and all dining areas. It’s so beautiful it looks like something from a movie and unbelievable. The food is fantastic and the staff are friendly and very accomodating. Alex went above and beyond helping me with my Milford Sound booking and the best places to go...

We arrived at the sauna to discover that it was locked - we had to walk to reception (through the entire hotel) to obtain a keycard to enter it. The sauna was off, and it needed to...

We booked two rooms and had one car with us during our stay. The parking fee was $15, which is reasonable, but it's worth noting that parking is limited and not guaranteed. Fortunately, we were able to secure a spot, but availability could be an issue during busier periods. The rooms themselves were pleasant, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a generally clean environment. However, the ...
