Hurley's of Queenstown (couple trip)

An adequate motel. Great Location; helpful staff. Rooms are a little dated. Can be somewhat noisy, since it’s located at a busy intersection. The place is walkable to town and the bus stop is close by.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms get cleaned/organised every day, bus stop right outside, staff very friendly and helpful, free parking in safe area. Can request room with a view.

Go anywhere else!!!! This is by far the worst place I have stayed. The room was dirty and there was water damage/rot around the door to the bathroom. Bathroom also had a horrible smell to it. The noise in this place is ridiculous. Even someone walking around seems to be enough to shake the place, between that, doors slamming and constant traffic noise, my partner and I were not able to get more ...

Absolutely disgusted with our stay. The place was dirty. Blood stains on the matress protector and loads of black marks on the sheets. Manager said when I pointed out black marks on side of matress protector...."that ok you dont sleep on that part" I agreed to let them fix until he told me I was lying about the state of the place even though he saw it with his own eyes. Staff were lovely and approachable. Location is fantastic, right next to the main city centre of Queenstown. Parking is convenient. A few things to note, however: - Noise from the road below and other rooms can get loud particularly in peak traffic hours. - There are no lifts so we had to carry our heavy luggage on the stairs. - We got a two bedroom apartment expecting to have views from both room...
