Earnslaw Lodge (with baby)

Earnslaw Lodge has great location and easy to access from the airport by bus, bus station is just in front of the hotel. Downtown is only 10 to 15 min walk from the hotel, so we mostly took a walk and took bus in the night hour. Room is spacious and basic amenities including microwave, utensils were provided. What an absolute gem. Stunning unobstructed views across and up the lake. Rooms have what you need (who stays in your room in Queenstown). Host are so welcoming, friendly and helpful Only 10 mins stroll into town (away from noise of city centre). If you don’t fancy a romantic walk - busses stop right outside. Brilliant place to stay.

Thank you so much to Vicki and Steven for providing me last minute accommodation after a late flight and my other accommodation falling through. They left me simple instructions on how to get in after hours and a personal welcome letter! They turned a stressful situation into a positive time. I'm so grateful 🙏

Stayed in August for a couple of nights. We booked way in advance but we kept delaying our arrival date of which the management were extremely understanding. Amazing view from the nice, warm room we had, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was far enough out of town to be peaceful. Getting to town was easy with a bus stop right outside. Would definitely stay again.
