Exceptional location & buffet breakfast. What ruined our 7 night stay - we could hear everything in the room next door, through an interconnected door. Have never experienced anything like that before, especially not at $500/night. Make sure you specify on your booking to avoid this. Otherwise room was comfortable, yes dated, but the views were amazing!

Location was good. Room service were good I have allergies of dust mite. My kids and I played with our toys on the floor I sneezed. Bathroom had lots of cracks which did not look good. Hand and body wash & lotions were the antipodes bottle but Im not sure what really inside, because my hands were all really dried while I was in the hotel for 2days.

The service and staff were so friendly throughout the whole stay. very helpful and professional. The rooms have the most amazing view of the lake. The Breakfast and food was really good. It is located in town so its very convenient to get anywhere you can just walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rooms were a little old but very clean. Would highly recommend

Great location within walking distance to most attractions in Queenstown. Warm, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, pillows and very white linen/towels! Plenty of car parking (Valet) and the views are stunning on the upper floors exotically from your balcony. Staff are helpful, professional and caring. We had Jessie check us in and Aro on check out - both were superb. A big thanks to Stewart M...
