Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Queenstown Lakeview (couple trip)

Room was a generous size for 4 people. A bit dated. They didn't provide enough beverages for 4 people. They had a list pad to complete which I did and handed in to reception. We had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Hotel and Apartments. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for families. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Its central location made exploring easy, and the peaceful atmosphere ensured a relaxing experience. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience.

For the price the rooms need to be more modern in my opinion, the whole place needs a refit. The shower didn't work very well and the tv would cut out. The staff were lovely and it was handy having a car park in the building with lots of parks and was free of charge.

Amazing place to stay when visiting Queenstown. The bus stop is outside the hotel (going both ways, to The Remarkables or Sunshine Bay). The staff were so lovely and always helpful when needed. We had a lovely 2-night family stay. Our room on the 4th floor (Room 462) had a fantastic view and it was absolutely beautiful to wake up to. While the room was a bit dated, it was very clean, and spacious, which made it a relaxing stay for the whole family. Great location and a great stay overall. We would happily return!
