I had a fantastic time at the Copthorne hotel during my visit to Queenstown. The room was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The view from my window was priceless as though it was a postcard. Thoughly enjoyed my time and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. Definitely recommend as very close to town.

We stayed for one night. For $330 you would expect breakfast to be included. It wasn't, so we paid $70 on top of this. Couldn't order a separate barista coffee as "the person who makes the coffees isn't here" we were told. So we went across to the Ramada and got a barista coffee there. Disappointing Stay – Not Up to 4-Star Standard I recently stayed at the Copthorne Hotel and Resort in Queenstown and, unfortunately, found the experience underwhelming. While the location is undeniably beautiful, the hotel itself doesn’t live up to the 4-star rating it claims. At best, I’d consider it a 3-star stay in its current condition. The facilities are outdated and in need of significant ...

We had a fantastic stay at Copthorne Lakefront! Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable, with a stunning lake view (seriously, it looked like a postcard!), just what we needed for some cosy winter nights in Queenstown. The heater worked perfectly, the bed was comfy, and there was plenty of space to keep our suitcases open without tripping over them. We loved the little dining area with two ar...

The service is pretty okay and the overall location is convenient. For the rooms it pretty much depends on which ones you booked. Some can be old and dirty but others can be normal. I stayed in Room 140X and the rooms are not decorated and the walls are stained. One thing to notice is that the WiFi there is slow as hell it’s literally useless.
