I had my flight to New Zealand cancelled — completely out of my control — and the Chalet Hotel still charged me for the full three days. They were not helpful in the slightest, showed zero understanding or care, and basically told me “too bad.” I’ve never experienced such inflexible, dismissive treatment from a hotel. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid it.
