What makes it 52% Baby-Friendly: Infants may sit in café highchairs and enjoy the view, yet there is no marked changing table, rough trail for strollers, and long golf rounds strain caregivers, limiting stay length.
Why 3-4 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: A half-day lets you enjoy the café, playground and short trail at a relaxed pace with a baby.
Relax at the Café:
Use highchairs or lap seating on the patio overlooking Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables.
Tip: Order barista coffee and a baby snack. Ask for a loan cup to keep drinks warm.
Visit the Playground:
Let your baby explore the soft-ground swings and slide at the course entrance.
Tip: Supervise closely and bring a favorite toy or blanket for comfort.
Stroll the Sculpture Trail:
Walk the first 500 m of the lakeside loop past four outdoor sculptures.
Tip: Use a sturdy push chair and pack water and snacks from the café.

A solid 4 star golf course....we had a 9am tee time....not busy at all....bit cool though...but it warmed up pretty quick. Fantastic views and the course presented really well with the hole 10 "infinity" green a highlight. Proshop and bar staff really friendly. 👍

What a great golf course. We were able to play the second 9 holes and the views are spectacular, greens and fairways in excellent condition. Staff is easy-going, helpful (we hired two club sets) and gave us great advice where to play next. The clubhouse offers good coffee for a very good price and i highly recommend the egg sandwich. Overall, we love this golfclub!!

A golf course is open and playing along the lake. Nice and fantastic scenery. In a nice sunny spring season, a set of golf game will great!

This course was great all around. Just a few minutes from downtown queenstown, with amazing views in every hole. The staff was great and we were able to play without having a tee time booked in advance. Course was in good shape.

Came on a drive on our last day other side of Queenstown looking for a cafe and this is the only one… but it’s amazingly welcoming and has a great menu for breakfast and other snacks with brilliant views either side.
In summer, visit before midday for cooler shade on the patio. In winter, indoor seating stays warmer; dress in layers against mountain winds.
