Had a great experience here renting a snowboard and skis for the family. The staff are really friendly and helpful and took time to fit us properly. We also weren't skiing on consecutive days and were able to store our gear at the shop on the days we had off with made it really convenient, not having to return and then re-rent each time.

We borrowed ski equipment from Browns in September 2025. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to EJ and Liv. Family of four, great prices. Staff were also great with the kids. Super close to bus stop so we could collect and get straight on the bus. Returns were very straightforward. Highly Recommend!
