Scenic Hotel Cotswold (solo trip)

I love this hotel, had an excellent stay, I would come back and recommend for sure! So much character, and the details.. string lights, flowers. The rooms look modern and new yet they kept the older style/character so well. Surprised how good heated tiles in the bathroom make me feel. The staff and service have been perfect too.

I stayed upstairs, constant creaking through out the night, room phone was ringing 0230 and 0330 when I picked up the receiver the line had a cracling sound. Refused to stay in that room and another night. I did not feel safe! Place is haunted. Will never return to this place. However staff were really customer focused.

I had a great stay at Scenic Hotel Cotswold. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable—just what you need for a relaxing visit. The location was also a big plus, being close to amenities which made it super convenient for getting around. Overall, I was really happy with the service and the atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very friendly, hospitable team and the rooms were great, beds very comfy and location hard to beat. Will definitely stay here again when we come down for Christmas.

A great place to stay, really appreciated the afternoon tea on a wild, wet afternoon. The evening meal was absolutely perfect. The chef created a lovely vegetarian surprise to suit my dietary needs and the beef burger was one of the best my husband has ever had! Very much appreciated.
