Rydges Latimer Christchurch, an EVT hotel (solo trip)

Very clean, modern rooms and amenities. Close to city sites. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant especially Jun who I only had the pleasure of emailing but super helpful with any request we had. Thanks Rydges team, outstanding!

Great location but the room needs some love. I spoke with the manager and reported the following. He weived the parking fee but that resolution isn't sufficient for me to want to stay there again. The room is fine. Nothing fancy, but it does the trick. The problems were related to cleaning, maintenance, and internet. I found multiple long hairs on the bathroom floor and whiskers on the vanity.
