Quest on Cambridge (with baby)

Customer service is lacking at this hotel. Myself and two other coworkers were in Christchurch on business for 8 days, which occurs twice a year. We had one vehicle with parking pass. The Quest parking is split between some side parking and rear parking. The rear requires a code entry and to pass thru two gates that open when you input your code. After the first few days we found it less of a hass...

Great location. Very clean rooms and professional service. Only a small hiccup was the fact you cannot get fresh air into the rooms. Was a bit stuffy as no windows to open.

Well designed, clean with a great kitchen and all appliances were of a good quality. We had a great stay and easily did our laundry. The food left in the fridge for us for breakfast was perfect.

Property was clean and in an excellent location! The washer / dryer in the room was a good bonus, and two cleaning sachets were provided. Would definitely recommend. However, I injured myself on the property at 9pm and everyone from reception had left for the day so we were told no one could help till 7am (very early for reception to close?). Excellent rooms and location. Rooms were nice and clean. Location is just perfect, would stay here again as so convenient, just cross the pedestrian bridge to get to all the shops and restaurants. Thank you to the duty manager for helping late in the evening when we accidentally locked ourselves out one of the rooms.
