We stayed in 11A and we were very disappointed the price we paid for the room we got, it was nothing like your photo's on your website. We stayed in hotel's in Auckland and Wellington that were cheaper then yours and so beautiful with great view's and beautiful bathroom's. Location is awesome...walkable to many central attractions and the tram is right at the door. My studio was huge and clean. Comfortable bed too! Friendly and helpful staff topped it all off.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, and organization. The main building is located on the main street as shown on Google, while the building we stayed in was along a side street just behind it — very easy to access.
