This hotel was great, particularly the location, which was handy to central Christchurch. Left the car in the very reasonably priced car park and walked everywhere. Restaurant food fine but not being able to take the bottle to your room after the meal not ideal. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will come again.

Huge rooms although a little tired, bed very soft. Has a full kitchen but very little equipment. Good location, parking available if needed. Room service restaurant, 87 Dealers is not worth the money. The 2 meals we ordered were less than average. Very nice atrium

We stayed here in August '25. Really nice hotel. I stayed in room 402, the view wasn't great, but the room was A+. This room has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, king sized bed, large living area with huge TV. The hotel is located across the street from the Town Hall (where my wife's conference was). Everything Christchurch proper has to offer is easily walkable from this location.

Rooms are spacious but basic. Bathrooms are small and old. Staff is super friendly! However, the menu in the room and even in the lift say that there is room service. When you try to call the number the line goes dead and when you go to the shabby looking restaurant downstairs, there is a sign that says you can’t get room service and have to pay right there, so charging it to the room is not an op...
