Good value. Lots of space with the two room suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was decent with a few good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, there is construction next door to the hotel. Quite loud, but not a bother if you are an early riser and up and out. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We’ve stayed a couple of nights to kick-off our NZ road tour. All clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy. Walking distance to the city center but still very quiet. Lots of restaurants close by.
