Saw some average reviews on Internet. Personnaly, had no problem with the van nor the company. We had a free shuttle from the airport with a very nice employee that talked to us a lot about NZ. Then we had a very nice briefing with a Young employee (sorry I did not catch her name) that made sure we understood the van. Pick up and drop off seamless, less than 30 minutes for both. Took the premium package so just had to pack personal belongings and not worry about refuelling gas or diesel, cleaning or road taxes. Check in/out absolutely flawless, picked up and dropped off at the airport. The whole process into out did not take more than half an hour. Very nice and professional service. The van has all you need, comfortable motor home which it was for me for three weeks. Everybody can drive it , as easy as normal car to drive but more fun. Already planning my next trip with these guys.
