Quest Newmarket Serviced Apartments (solo trip)

Stayed for a business trip. Was really impressed even though its a hotel apartment. The rooms was huge with many amenities provided. The check in and out was very smooth.

We had the best time here! We loved the kitchen facilities and being able to cook in the room. We had an unusually large balcony which our toddler loved to run around on and point out the birds. Definitely will be returning!

Brilliant location central to shops and food. Lovely staff. Car parking on site excellent room facilities with kitchenette and washing machine not that we needed it. We will be back

While there's nothing wrong with this hotel, overall, it is just ok. Space is large, particularly in the living room; bedroom is a bit tight, although bed is large. It is equipped, but it is missing some small stuff that makes it a bit "cold" to come in. Stuff is very friendly tho. To me, it is location convenient, and o would repeat, but not sure if highly recommended. 3.5 I would say.

The rooms were clean and tidy. We liked the 2 bathrooms, and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working, but staff were quick to offer to get a person to fix it. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
