Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments (with baby)

I don’t understand why it can be so noisy here. The staff always like to chat loudly, and it’s noisy every morning. Why can’t they quietly do the room service? Don’t they realize this disturbs the guests’ rest?

In August this year, I returned to Auckland and chose a hotel near the city center, UOA, and Grafton Bridge. My basic needs were a kitchen, washer and dryer, stable hot water, free WiFi, and cleaning service, so I picked Quest Auckland Serviced Apartments (363 Queen Street, Auckland Central). Excellent customer service, very friendly receptionists. Amenities were all good and working (fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, stove) Theres a balcony too.Parking for 30$ a night, super convenient and they allowed us to continue parking for a fee hours even after we checked out. Only complaint is that you can hear the street noise even from the 8th floor.

Upon arrival staff were very kind and understanding. The rooms were above my expectation and I appreciated the extra milk in the fridge. One thing that I wasn’t hugely a fan of was the location due as it was a little stressful getting in off queen street and then parking in drop off zone to sort out paid parking there.
