Loved the balcony and the room was very clean with all the necessities for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Personally, I LOVE that it feels like you ain't being watched by a hawke or have an intrusive lobby of eyes on you as you run the gauntlet past them!!

Great location and a very very comfy bed. Check in was fast. Unfortunately the place is really, really tired and run down. It's in desperate need of a refurbishment. Room had no proper kitchenette, the shower door leaked terribly so the tiles were always sodden and the "spa bath" in the "executive suite" we booked hadn't worked in quite sometime. Great location. Just 5 minute walk from bus stop, dairy, cafe and sushi restaurant , and 10 minute walk from the Westfield Newmarket mall and local shops. The best part of the stay, however, was the lovely manager, Nisal. He was so welcoming , knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't stop working the whole time we were there. He should be snapped up by one of the international hotel chains.

Everything was great initially..we were hoping for peace before an Hospital appointment for my husband but for a couple of hours there was a plasterer on the roof making an huge racket. I did ring the office to complain and it did stop in about 3/4 hour later. The toilet cistern leaked into the bowl all night. But for the price, it was good
