My family and I had a great stay! The beds and pillows were super comfy and the rooms were great. We felt especially looked after by Peter who was able to check us in early, help us with parking, and make great local recommendations. Thank you Peter!

15/09/25. Booked a four day stay and wasn’t happy with my initial room so I approached the team who gave me a much better room on a higher floor with a great view of the sky tower. Hotel is in a great CBD location, easy walking to the hospital where I was visiting relatives. Car parking though limited is easily accessible provided you don’t have a car that’s larger than a sedan. On site restaurant...

Stayed there for a meeting - reception service was excellent, even when very busy. Room is always good (although a little small). The desk and chair are great when you are doing emails. Meeting space in the restaurant worked out very well.

The front house staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and very polite no matter the time. I had to go get the cleaners on the second day to replace towels and clean the room even after I left out the sign. They were apologetic and we came back to a clean room. The room itself is small but appropriate for short stays. My issue was the bathroom door. You had to wait for it to close as it seems to be...
