Capsule pods are not lockable. The facilities are good. Private room looks nice but bed not comfortable. Asked to be cleaned a few times without success. Staff could be more friendly and flexible.

Good location, nicely renovated, but the kitchen was quite dirty dust hanging from the ceiling and walls, unwashed dishes etc and with not enough/ right supply’s for the guests to clean after themselves. It was also kind of loud, and no nice common areas to hang out in, so kinda hard to meet new people. Staff was nice though!

Due to work, I've stayed in most of the 3 to 4 star chain hotels. LyLo leaves them in the dust. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, the common areas have bubbly and fun vibe. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for two weeks. The toilets and bathrooms were cleaned daily and kept spotless. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very pleasant stay. Just as a note, there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel, and locals told me that one block away there is a street where people receiving welfare support often gather.
