Central location, the room was spotless albeit it rather dark and small. We were on the 25th floor and there was no noise from the street. The bed was very comfortable, I especially liked the way the linens were done, it didn't come away from the duvet as is so often the case, we slept very well. Our new favourite Auckland hotel! Don’t bother staying anywhere else, we love our stay. There is a very exclusive and calming vibe to the hotel, the reception and the bistro. Very handy to downtown and the viaduct. The included breakfast was superb and valet parking was an added bonus. Super friendly and helpful staff. We will most definitely stay again

This place is EXCELLENT! We are already planning our next trip just so we can stay here again. The service was exceptional, the rooms were so well thought out. All the little finishing touches made it so nice to just chill. I am a overpacker but there was plenty of room for my clothes and accessories and I adored that there were plenty of hangers.
