Will definitely stay the the horizon again. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Ordered room service and it was delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy. The best part was the bed it was so comfortable and huge. 10 out of 10!

We stayed in one of the suites which was an absolute pleasure...spacious and comfy. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially the concierge we met on arriving and leaving "Jose"...big shout out to him. 😀 Location perfect as we went to Civic Theatre and wanted to be near...all in all a lovely weekend, and would highly recommend the Horizon if looking for Hotel to stay in CBD.

We drove there and was greeted by the most helpful valet we’ve ever had. Jóse was truly a great service staff we’ve met. The other service staff were also just as helpful. We love the room and the location is great too. It’s close to lots of good eateries. Our three nights stay was truly worth every cents. This hotel will be our choice whenever we return to Auckland.

Have stayed at Horizon over 8 times now and have always been impressed from the concierge staff at valet parking right through to the reception. Rooms are always impeccable with brand new facilities & furnishings throughout.
