Not a good value for money, they overcharging breakfast while included in price of room. Lots of noises from construction. Parking available with a surcharge. Felt like they nikle and dime you. Not my place I want to be. Staff is nice, would say front desk and concierge is 5 star, the rest is 2 to 4.

We had an amazing two night stay here this weekend for our 30th Anniversary! Hilton Auckland is a great location, provides the best service from the time you arrive. Harbour view room was spacious and loved the view! Lots of ferry traffic, with horns that go off as they come into dock, but that didnt bother us at all. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the Fish Restaurant.
