This was an excellent place to stay while we vacationed in Auckland. Ciaran was particularly helpful and accommodating for us while we were here. Very good hotel in a good location. The experience upon arrival was very good because the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and reasonably equipped. Sleeping was great, the beds are very good. A great hotel, especially for business trips. Only the breakfast in the bar could be improved.
