We loved our stay, from the special treats in the rooms, balloons and a cake as it was my son’s birthday which made him feel so special to the level 14 lounge access which topped it off. We felt very loved and spoilt while we were there for 4 nights, so much so my son wants to go back next year so we will see. Thank you for the great time

We loved our stay here last week we stayed for a few nights and had access to the Club Lounge and the Eight Restaurant. Food delicious and expertly presented. The pool was brilliant and the gym well equipped. Service five star from the moment we walked in the door and checked in to the time we left with the wonderful concierges thanks so so much for our amazing stay we will be back

Took my partner here as a surprise for her birthday. We flew in from wellington and were greeted with such welcoming arms. The staff and support were excellent, I didn’t have a bad experience at all. The rooms were set up all nice and they were kind enough to upgrade us free of charge. looking forward to staying here again !! :))

We stayed in the Pinnacle Tower and while the facilities looked nice, the experience overall was a real letdown. Check-in was meant to be from 3pm, but the lobby was packed and when we finally got to the front of the line around 3:30, we were told our room wasn’t ready and hadn’t even been started on.
