Victoria Park is one of the easiest green breaks in central Auckland. It sits close to the city, so you do not need to plan a whole mission to get fresh air. Nice view of Sky Tower from here. Big park and sports ground with rugby and cricket. The park has picnic tables and benches, a public toilet, a big skate park, a full basketball court, and a kids' playground.
