The coolest place to catch the sunset, pretty skyline, view of the Auckland CBD, heaps of benches and picnic tables, grass is green and thick, fun to have picnic around too

Excellent views! Recommended! NB car cannot drive to the top. Walk about 400 meters to the top.

Wonderful views in every direction. Well worth the walk up the steep road or many stairs!

Great view and place to spend few hours under the sun. Cars are not permitted to drive to the top however if you have a mobility permit for your car you can contact the local council office for an access code, this will allow you through the barrier and you can drive right to the top.
Summer can be windy and sunny: bring sunblock and a windbreaker. After rain, paths can be slippery—wear shoes with good grip.
