A very cool hang out place for the little ones and families. There is a carpark by jelliceo St. We are were happy that the first hour was free on the 31 Dec 2025 night from 8.45-9.45pm ... Just scan the QR code. Lovely view of the Auckland harbour. Wanted to see the vector lights. As it was summer the lights were only on after dark. Was grateful that everyone was sober and a very hustle and bustle...

Love this park! Usually a night market on the weekends and plenty of space for kids, playgrounds, basketball courts, and even flat ground skatepark with some mini ramps. They also host events here like Matariki!

Amazing area in CBD has alot of public toilets, walks down the pier Silo Marina to the Heritage boats, climb up the 3 storey metal walkway. Great views of Sky tower, Harbour Bridge and Rangitoto. Kids park and green spaces fountains. Nice outdoor space.

When is the best time to visit Silo Park (Auckland, New Zealand)?

In summer, join the open-air cinema and night markets. In winter, wear layers against harbour wind and focus on indoor art under the silos.
