SheepWorld in Warkworth is a charming and educational experience for all ages. The staff are friendly, the demonstrations are fun and informative, and the animals are well cared for. It’s a great place to learn about New Zealand’s farming heritage while enjoying a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to visit. The animals are all living their best life, love to interact and super friendly. The shearing show was well worth the extra price. The eco-discovery trail is a great added bonus. Oh and the cafe was great value, highly recommend the mushrooms on toast! The team clearly love their jobs too!

We were on a visit from Australia and came across this farm. Fantastic not for profit organisation helping underprivileged children. The food was fantastic and was plentiful, the staff were fantastic and even helped my daughter look for the farm cats! Coffee was delightful. 4 hours flew past in a flash. I hope we get to come back here at some point. Just simply brilliant!

Our kids got to feed the baby calves as well as the baby lambs (lambs during the show). The show itself was great, really fun and interactive and m...

Nice place for kids. The farm animals are well trained and very friendly and curious. They are located pretty close to the city, probably just 20-25 mins drive from Orewa. You will find goats, sheep, rabbits, calves, alpacas, duck, chicken and donkeys, and you can feed them as well. Ample parking and an adjoining cafe as well. There's also a little walking trail with some native trees in it. Highl...
Summer adds 2 PM shearing shows; winter only 11 AM. School holidays bring giant Jenga and lawn games. Wear sunhat and sunscreen in summer; pack waterproof shoes and jacket in winter.
